It was pretty good and pretty fresh....
...but I didn't massage the Kale.
Don't tell Melissa.
I'm not even sure I know what massaging the kale means!
Aside from not massaging the kale, this salad was really easy to make and I'm always trying to get anything with iron into my body, so this was a great choice.
I'm glad I saw it while I was poking around making her Cilantro Lime Shrimp recipe.
