"What's not to like about a peppery bite?" - Laura B Russell
When I was little, my grandmother would put plain ol' cut radishes and olives out on the holiday table and I always went for the black olives...NEVER the radishes.
Kids just DO NOT eat radishes...or so I thought.
Radishes were so 70's.
I can’t remember when I started liking radishes.....probably around my 30’s?.....but I am sooooo happy I figured it out sooner than never! So when I saw this pin for the tuna-radish salad, I immediately pinned it because I had NEVER heard of anyone putting anything in tuna salad except for celery! And to think my grandmother saved radishes just for the holidays....pffftttt.
I wish she was still around so I could show her what she was missing!
Since I’ve pinned this four years ago, I’ve made Laura’s tuna-radish recipe so many times and every time I have radishes in my fridge, I always crave tuna on an English Muffin or a
WASA Cracker...
{cause you know how much I LOVE those}
From PINNED:
TO PINCOMPLISHED:
You DEFINITELY should make this TUNA-RADISH SALAD.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
I did not have to leave the house for any of these ingredients.
I had EVERYTHING I needed.
I had EVERYTHING I needed.
And that is ALWAYS a WIN WIN.
