There will be NO lusting over my food photography.
Especially with this recipe.
This is one of those recipes that looks so absolutely delicious, you just have to pin it...
..but then you realize how hard it is to make and that the recipe directions are all in OUNCES.
So you look at the pin, but never make it it.
Wellll, I wanted to make it.
And today was going to be THE DAY.
Except it involved MATH.
And people, apparently....
I failed math.
{ I mean, I KNOW I failed math }
So this turned out to be the ultimate disaster that I thought I could save with an avocado sauce...
Umm, no.
I even FAILED at that, which is very unusual.
I failed so bad, my husband took one bite and told me he'd wait for breakfast.
I was kinda devastated.
I'm not going to lie.
That was a shit ton of avocaods and shrimp.
$$$$$.
And I was really excited about it.
Such a fail.
Such a HUGE fail.
Marc made this beautiful dish and it probably would have been a breeze for me to make if I had passed MATH.
If you passed MATH, you should definitely make this pasta.
