Neither did I for a long time, 

But the day I discovered I could eat raw kale 

in addition to having it in smoothies and soups, 

I was hooked!

And so I had to make this salad today for lunch...

and guess what?!

Annie was having it for lunch today too!

We were lunch TWINS :)
