Steak Fajita Skewers With Tangy Cilantro Pesto

ALL DAY.
Today was the first day my husband and I were technically
allowed to hit the beach again after both our surgeries.
I actually never really asked if I could go into the ocean,
but I feel like the ocean cures everything,
so I wasn't too worried about it.
So we get to the beach and the entire time I'm there,
I'm so over the top excited about TWO things.
ONE: These Steak Skewers
and
TWO: Walking to the library after dinner.

Like I was abnormally excited about those things.
I eventually settled in and enjoyed myself....
It was nice to have my toes in the sand again....
And it was a pretty spectacular day.....
But when it was time to go...I was outta there in a flash
because I was still dreaming of the pretty steak skewers!!!
And boy were they sooo pretty,
and so good and so easy.
And Sue kinda brought it to my intention
that it doesn't taste all that much different
if you broil stuff.
And the cilantro sauce was AMAZING.
I would have drank that shit if I had any left.
I think I could seriously put cilantro on my cereal,
that's how much I love it.
But we'll talk about that another day.
Today, we'll talk about how you should make these
steak skewers.
