I forgot to toss the raisins in.

Big surprise.

I've been very forgetful lately.

Not sure what that's about.

Maybe because I have no where to be at any time,

my mind isn't as sharp anymore.

Or maybe it wasn't that sharp before...

Anywhooo...

...made these muffins yesterday and they were yummy...

but why do my healthy muffins always come out super chewy and not MOIST and FLUFFY like the recipes

ALWAYS promise??

I guess I don't use the right

One of these days I'm going to get a healthy MOIST muffin.

I probably would have given it 5 hearts if they had come out magically moist.
