❤ The "Crockpot Korean Beef Tacos With Cucumber Slaw" Story From Pinned to Pincomplished.


I think I forgot to put the brown sugar in.
I can't remember....
...and this really bums me out because you know how I like to follow recipes to a t.
And it WAS $20.00 worth of chuck roast.....
I don't remember the meat being sweet....
I definitely forgot to put the brown sugar in....

BUT THEY WERE STILL GOOD!

Maybe I'll heat the leftovers with a tiny sprinkle of brown sugar?

I'm getting sidetracked.

I knew I needed to pick out  a crock-pot dinner recipe the other night because I knew we were going to be spending the whole day at the beach and I didn't want to get all HANGRY again like the other night and piss my husband off with my attitude.

soooo....
Korean Beef Tacos.

Aside from the fact that the meat was really expensive, 
AND I forgot to put the brown sugar in 
{ obviously, this is really bothering me } 
my husband ending up loving them, my sons, not so much...
{ no big surprise there } 
and me, 
I was all about the cucumber slaw....

LOVED the cucumber slaw part.
That made these tacos.
Ohhhh yes....and the bean spouts.
I love crunchy things.
Crunchy things make me happy.

And we had leftovers.

I think I'm going to take Shawnda's advice and buy some spring roll wrappers and use up my leftovers that way :)
